This year, the Boston Mission Trip will be taking place from March 12th-15th and provides teens with a unique opportunity to work with the homeless in ways that are not typically available to us here in our hometown. We will sleep in the basement of a church that has a fully equipped kitchen. We will carry bags to worksites similar to how someone who is homeless carries their possessions at all times. We will eat meals with the homeless, and will interact with them in a variety of ways at both men’s and women’s shelters in the area. We thank everyone who contributed to our Bake Sale and Silent Auction this year as well as to all of you who donated sweatshirts to our Hoodies for the Homeless collection.
Below is information from our 2026 Mission Trip including a brief slideshow on the left.
In March 2026 we participated in our Mission Trip to Boston with teens from St. Catherine of Siena, St. Mary's, & St. Therese parishes. We had an amazing 22 teens and 6 chaperones to serve the homeless in various shelters throughout the city of Boston. It was a successful weekend and we wanted to thank all the parishioners who donated clothing and/or made a financial donation to support this trip. Use the link below to read an update on the trip from Maria Galeota, Director of Youth Ministry.
